How to add attachment/message

How do you add that message under your responses that sows your trucks and something like a quote? And no matter what I do I can't get a picture to work for my avatar even when I re-size it.

What you're referring to is the signature, which is accessed via your Control Panel. Pics used in the signature have a 75-pixel maximum height limit.

Send me the picture you want for your avatar and I'll set it up for you.
