Hmmm... thanks for the ideas. Now I'm trying to debate if I would want to go through with something like that...

.Not sure how much difference this makes, but the PO changed the steering wheel and column from the original '67. The steering wheel appears to be from a '76-ish... I know it's definitely not a '67. I'm guessing he used the same truck he got the fuel door from to mold into the side of the bed...
So i"m not sure if the automatic shifter is any different in a '76...'77...
See (some people might not like this), but my idea is to incorporate a beer tap handle on the end of the shifter. I know it would probably look better on a manual shifter in the floor, but I still think it would be neat if I could get it to work....
Let me know if anybody knows about the late '70s auto shifters.
