Fixing door locks

My drivers side door lock doesn't lock with the key since I had it painted. It will unlock fine with the key. Must be some minor thing thats not right. Anyone got any pointers on getting this fixed?

The locking device is really simple - just a pin that fits into a channel. I wonder if it slipped out somehow. Here's a photo (little fuzzy, sorry) that shows the mechanism. Just take off your door panel and check it out. It'll be a good time to clean it all up and lubricate it too. This will make your truck go faster and get better mileage.
