My 70 F100 had very narrow 16's on it. Never seen another F100 with 16's though.

If i remember correctly you would have to get into your way-back machine to find "stock" 16" tires on a F-100. If my memory serves me even better, it wouldn't even be an F-100, it would be an F-1 ('48-'52).
I would not recommend using those with a P-metric radial. If i'm right, me thinks the rims were only 5 inches wide.
Ok for bias plys, not good for P-metric radials.

Check with the dodge department. If my memory isn't completely whacked, Dodge used a 5 X 5 1/2 pattern with a 16" tire in the early nineties??? Bigger vans, 4X4 trucks ????

I think Two-bit is about right. I know the 39s came with 16X4 X51/2, and with the war effort, there wasn't much change til the 48 years. I don't know what the 53 -59 years had. I know the 60 and up were 15 inch.

Uhh. . . . .It was my truck that came that way. . . . Yup, completely stock. :P

1969 F-100 Custom Cab 302/T-85 overdrive with 6.50x16 tires all listed on the original sales contract.

I have ordered up a Marti report to see if it was customer ordered or ordered for dealer stock.
