torque converter removal (siezed engine)?

well have my 69' part truck, and had a siezed motor. Looks to be from a blown head gasket but been sittin a long time so the crank will not budge. Gote 2 bolts off from the starter hole and the bottom metal cover. I suppose now the only way is to remove the oil pan and try to get the rods seperate from the crank??

put some MMO in the cylinders and let it sit for a couple days and that should free up the seized cylinders. Save allot of tear down time. Work the drank back and forth once you get some play to break em loose then you should in theory be able to rotate it. If that doesnt work you can drop the pan and take the caps off and try to spin it then.

Yank the motor with the converter connected, just make sure you've got the drain pan in the right spot.

got it out and still cant get the converter off the flywheel...oh well its going to the junk (seems no trans fluid in it either so no mess). Im assuming all the FE and the BB C6 parts are pretty much interchageable except the out put shaft??

Pretty much including some output shafts.
