Does anyone sell 2 1/4 leaf perches, picking up a sterling 10.25 to put in my 72 so will have to weld new perches on. I know I could make some out of square, rectangle metal stock or get the ones off my current D70...would just be easier get new ones to weld on.

Re: 2 1/4 leaf perches??
I believe I will go with the square stock plan as I believe they will be stonger anyway then I can cut to length, depth etc.. that I prefer. I also thinking I will have the sides then and front and back that can be welded on the bottom (depends on length I imagine of the perch). A safe bet Im thinking would be still to cut them the same length as the current D70 ones?

Why can't you get 2 1/4"??? It's a common size for rectangle tubing. I go down to a local job shop and dig through thier rem pile. They always have some 2 1/4" by whatever rect tubing at 30 cents a pound.
