Reason is that the T series is totally different than the RAN/RAT transmissions. Nothing interchanges, probably not even the bolts.

the point i was wondering is that it seems to me that deduction then suggests the 3.03 is the tremec :hmm:

that the terminology 3.03 and tremec are interchangable, exclusive only to each other and discludes the t-series

Tremec includes various transmissions, but not any Borg Warner T-series ones. Tremec and Borg Warner are two different companies. It seems to me that Tremec bought all of Borg Warner's transmission lines a few years ago.
