i stripped the brass jets in autolite 2100

any way to drill the out or should i go get a new section of carb from pick n pull, man they wouldnt budge,. think they welded themselfs due to heat, i even used loosener oil.

A number one easy out right through the center. I have done that so many times. Soak the bowl area with rust buster don't spray just pour it in and let it work.

You can safely heat aluminum/pot metal to 400 degrees without damging it. Soak the jets for a bit, whack them with a hammer and punch a few times to loosen them up then put some heat around them NOT on them with a propane torch. Tap an easy out in and twist them out.

They are just brass, they can't be stuck that bad.

Someone one another forum has found a tap to tap those for Holley jets

crap , i drilled out the top part and thought it came with my kit. can i buy those jets anywheere

tap a torx bit in there and use a socket that worked on a broken fuel filter for me and when you get the jets make sure they are both the same size they have numbers on them. or you can get the a couple of junk parts carbs and build one mean one of them that is what i do :2cents:
if its fixed break it again red white and ford blue the only up hill thats good is the one you are going down
