coil question

i have a coil from 1973 truck with a 390... will it work in my 1969 f250 390..... both are v8

Yeah, stick it in. You can do a test on the ohms to make sure your coil is good. I can't remember the exact ohms you should get but it is pretty easy to research it. I think I have even posted the required ohms at one time.
