1972 ford pitman arm,please help

I have a 1972 ford f100 that i just converted to power steering,only one problem, my steering box didnt come with a pitman arm,does anyone know what years will fit,salvage yards are few here,and all my local parts stores say they are not available.I can buy arms for newer trucks,any ideas?

For a 72, you need one from a truck with serial number M00,001 and up, which is mid 1971 to 1979 trucks and 2wd broncos.
