No that won't hurt that little amount. When I have pulled and reused my bearings for a seal change I just put a little 75 - 90 in the hubs to prelube the bearings even though they were wet. I coated the new seal with standard axle grease no big deal.
I then wnen out on the street and turned hard left and hard right to sling oil out to the bearings.

Good deal - thats what I thought too.
I'll yank the hub back off tonight and get the seal lubed up with gear oil and I should be good to torque the bearing nuts.
