dentside wheel base?
what is the 78 f150 wheel base does anyone know? im tryign to get a driveshaft for one. but the truck isnt here to measure.

something i found out but cant be sure on is there were three wheelbases. 133 for a single driveshaft. 139 and 155 for two piece driveshafts. can anyone confirm any of this?

excellent. i knew you would probably have this. i thought it was posted on the site but i couldn't find it. i'm bettign its a 133. since the truck is a f150 with a single driveshaft.now i can close that fte page i was tring to open. thank god. that was the last place i wanted to look.

Be aware that there are several length single piece driveshafts used in F150's. It depends on engine and trans rear axle ratio (yes, ratio matters!) combo. The one piece shafts range in length from 67 53/64 to 71 29/32 with about 5 different lengths in between. Do you know the year and engine trans combo? I can give you the original Ford spec. Also, your info is not correct, The one piece shafts were only used on the lightest duty trucks. Most 133 inch wheelbase trucks have a two piece shaft. Hawkrod

the guy hasnt called me yet like he said he was going to so i dont know any more than what i have put in yet. i priced the shaft so low that he would take it. i wanted to be sure and get him the right piece but he hasnt even called me. i wont be home tommorrow.
