Fat white walls?
anybody know of a company that makes a good white wall tire? right now im looking at American classic, Coker and Firestone but im not finding the width i want.

Do a search on bf goodrich (silvertowns) thats their line of classic white walls, i see them at the car shows all the time.
very good looking tire, and ive also seen them in wide sizes

If you can find thin ones, you can make them yourself. A sander and some masking tape. Just lightly sand the sidwalls
and the white part gets wider. The tape is for a guideline. It works. My buddy does it on his stuff.

well i checked out the BFG silvertowns and they dont come in the size i wanted. i was looking for 275/60 15's and 245/60 15's they only seem to make the whitewalls in 285/70 15's and 255/70 15's. i think that will be taller than i ant though. i think i want to go narrower in the front as well. i ran the first set up on a chevy short box i had way back and the 245/60 15 would tend to hydro plane really easy in the wet weather.
