ok did some searching around junk yards here in north platte and i am in luck, they had a m5r2 gaurnteed to be good. for 600 ive decided that this will be the route i go. Since this is what i wanted to do in the first place im gonna get it though still gotta solve my flywheel problem but ill ask them if they have one.
It might cost more up front than the other 4 speed overdrive top loader but in the long run may pay for its self in service and in reliability.

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.
