new user from Colorado
Hi,
I just found this site today and it looks like I may need you guys in the future. Don't hate me for the username - I love 4-wheelin in my 82' CJ-7 - very modified.
My grandmother has a 67' F100. She is moving into assisted living this year and will be selling the farm - literally. I was born in 67' and learned to drive with this truck. I've always wanted it, but thought it would probably go to one of the children rather than the grandchildren. I just found out yesterday that I have a real good chance of getting it. I may have to buy it from the estate, but I should be able to get it because no one else seems interested.
I apologizeif this is the wrong forum to post this question, but I had to start somewhere. Can anyone tell me what might be a reasonable price for this year/model in what appears to be good condition? It has been parked in the barn for 40 years. It has been used for farm chores, but much less frequently over the last few years; my grandma is 91 years old. It has either 45,800+ miles or 145,800+ miles - not sure which. the gas tank has a leak. The body looks good - a few dents, no rust, the interior is dusty but in very good shape. It runs good as far as I know.

Hi and welcome from Pennsylvania.
Lots of nice folks and good info here.Pull up a chair and join in.
You might have a look in the trucks for sale forum to get an idea of what your grandmother's truck is worth.
67's are special. They not only have a bunch of anomalies that they don't share with the 68-72 trucks they also have a curse all their own.

Welcome from Illinois.
I have a 72 classic from my great uncle's estate got it in 2000 thoght it would go to one of his grandson's. One said he did not want that old POS, My great aunt remembered I had pestered my uncle when I was younger and asked me if I wanted it. That is how I got my classic.

Another Tennessee Welcome! Sounds like a good truck. 67's are special to me as well. It will be special to fix up the old farm truck. Post some pics when you get a chance.

Another welcome from California! Hope you get the truck.
I'll give you a ballpark guess at the value of that truck - if it was out here, a rust-free running '67 with fair paint/body will go for between 1 and 2K. Cleaner ones will go for 2-5k
Here are a couple comparables from my local Craigslist:

Good luck!
