fluid capcities and weights

i dont have a manual so if anyone can tell me the weight and capacities of oil/lube/coolant for my 72 f100 2wd 9" w/ a 3 speed manual and 240ci motor couldnt find anything. and i doubt the rear and trans have been done anytime this century
1968 F250 Ranger 2wd 472ci TH400 Caddy powered.
1979 F250 Ranger 4X4 400ci T18
anyone need a 60x24x24 flatbed semi toolbox?

6 qts 10w30 or 10w40 Oil with new filter (who doesn't change the filter :? )

Coolant, I just use 50/50 untill it is full :lol:

I will have to look for the rest...

alright yeah i did 6qts of castrol GTX and a new filter (purolator pure one) the old filter was rusted up pretty bad. and it had atleast 7-8 qts in it my 5qt drain pan overflowed and the some after i drained it empty

the coolant is 1 gallon of water to one gallon of antifreeze. that is a 50 50 mix but i would rather add my own distilled water.

yeah i mix my own since it costs the same and you get twice as much better bargain if you ask me pre mix is good to keep with you for emergencies

I add on gallon of anti-freeze, one gallon of tap water, and then top off with pre-mix as I don't want to guess about the mixture it takes to bring it up to full. This is of course with an empty cooling system. I suppose I could keep an old container and make my own 50/50, but I'm lazy.

yeah i hear ya thats why i refuse to buy any atv or dirtbike that is 2 stroke since its hard to mix on the road
