What is in your opinion the best upgrade for the money that you have done or want to do in this sub forum?

Not sure if the recent upgrade to PS and PB fits as being a drive train upgrade, but they rank right up there for me.

Wide ratio T19 4 speed transmission and 3.0 diff gears. Now I use 1, 2, 3, and 4 gear and cruise about 2500 rpm @ 75 mph. It came out of a '85 F250 diesel so it's all original ford stuff, direct bolt on so I can still use my driveline and speedometer.

Are you sure? It has a 4:1 first gear. I got the tranny that had the widest spread gears so I thought that would be considered a wide-ratio.
