Hey all....I've finally decided to get started on a very ambitious project. I want to basically construct an online interchange manual for '67-'72 Ford truck parts. It'll show what will fit and what won't, and what the differences are. This will eventually become a multi-page section, but obviously that'll happen over time. I'd like these to be be fairly detailed, and since sometimes I tend to overlook details, I'm going to be asking for any and all input from you folks.

In the meantime, I've gotten started on the Sheetmetal / Body Parts page. Take a look and let me know what you think, and if there are things I can add. I also plan to add pictures to show differences in certain areas, though the page under contruction doesn't have any at the moment. But you'll get the idea of how it'll look....but that can also change. I'm not really sold on the basic look yet, so I'll be playing around with various ideas until I can find something that looks good and is user-friendly.

THAT will be quite useful! I wanna find pictures of the grillls for each year and compare them. I don't care for the '70 grill, but like one of the older ones. Cannot remember the year it was on now. Very cool information though!

Didn't I hear mention some time ago that someone tried to put a '67-'69 grille on a '70-'72, and found that another hole or two had to be drilled?

Keith, here are the pics I promised you of the inner fenderwells, showing the difference between a '69 4x4 and the larger one for the '71 2wd. These are the driver side inner fenderwells.

Thanks for the pics, bm52. I've saved them and will add them to the page later during final revisions, along with other relevant pics. I just updated that page with a note about the difference between 2WD and 4WD inner fenderwells.

Here's another question: The '73-'77 front bumpers will work on our trucks, but the '78-'79 bumpers were redesigned and have a different profile. However, was this just a cosmetic difference or will they still bolt onto our trucks? Anyone know?
