No they didn't. Guy was pretty short about the whole deal. I live about 30 minutes away so I went back there in person and showed it to him.
I also showed him the outside push botton that the chrome flacked off of, the hood side polding and outside door handels that the chrome was already fading on. All of these parts bought there with in the year and none of them replaced by them.
I spent close to $3000 there and if I can help it won't go back.
NPD is a bit closer anyway

i'm sorry to hear that about them. i guess it will serve them right as the word gets out more about thier return policy.

Fyi, just installed my armrest from lmc. Had to bow them a bit to get them to bolt up and place washers behind for door handle clearance. Not perfect fit but got on sale $49.95 for pair which i think is about $15.00 less than npd. P.S. use the phillips head screws that come with them, they are a little longer and screwdriver fits up in there better than socket or nut driver.
