removal question

is the tranny crossmember the only thing of the frame i need to remove to take out the tranny? what about the cross over pipe for the exhaust?

if its in the way it will need to go. you will probably have to remove both transmision crossmemebers. the front one and the back one.

ok. i thought the front was riveted in but i just saw the bolts and nuts. thanks, i believe it will be a great deal easier when it is out of the way.

After looking at it every different way I could, I found that the front crossmember MUST be removed. The thing will just about fall out at that point.
