Thanks for the pic. All cleared up now. I have Powerlocs in both front and rear.
Side oiler FE, see if you can catch me!!!

I've seen trac-locs broken in half and the worst part was the owner didn't even know he had a posi!

Like Greg said, I'd weld an open carrier far before I'd swap in a trac-lok. I buy a few pounds of 9018 rod, preheat the carrier and axleshaft spiders and fill in the gaps. I don't even install the cross pin or center spiders.
