Has anyone filled any of the holes in there frame to clean it up? Im going to be doing that on my frame and thinking mig welder with some round steel dowel (weld one side, cut it off with a die grinder and then weld the other side) any thoughts?

If I were building a show truck, I'd do that too....but for anything other than a show truck, it seems to me like a lot of work for something that most people would never see.
