I don't know what the price would be but when I used to install replacement manual tranny parts in my 60s Mustangs, back in the 80s, I had my best luck with Napa's parts. At the time they were some of the most expensive o.e. style parts but very well built. I don't remember if they were the Echlin / Balkamp line at the time or not. I don't know if they still use the same quality controls as they did back then or not. I do remember installing another o.e. style clutch and pressure plate in one of my cars and then switching to the Napa parts about 6 months later after getting tired of being chat-t-t-t-t-tered out of the car on almost every drive. When you sat the pressure plates side by side you could see all of the extra parts that went into the Napa equipment.
Too many projects, too little time, but.. lovin' it!

I know at that time the parts came in their Napa packaging. I don't know what company manufactured or rebuilt their parts. I know they were more expensive than the other parts stores parts though.

Be careful! To compete in the AutoZone / AdvanceDiscount / Pep Boys marketplace Napa now offers low-end parts too. If you don't ask for the better grade you won't get them. They want your business too.

Never mind. I just looked up the LUK clutch set for my 302/3 spd (model #07-120). Pep Boys has it for $109.99. AZ wants $172.99!
