transfer case and rear end questions

I have a 72 f100 and i am starting to do a little work to it. It has the dana 21 transfer case and a limited slip 9" rear in it. I am wondering if i can swap a dana 20 transfer into it and if the 9" limited slip with 4.10 or 4.11 gears came stock in these trucks. the truck came stock with a 360, but has been swapped to a 390. And when i was younger i had a hard time keeping in shiny side up. I am trying to build a mountain truck and would like to make it a little better.

If you have the 21 you're stuck with a 21 or you can swap in a 31 spline 435 and 205.

These 4x4 trucks all had 3.54's, 4.10's or 4.56's.
