re: dana 24 transfer case
and to the site. Yes this is the place to be.
I got some info in a manual on the D24 T-case. Its not alot. I will start scanning it. PM me your email addy and I will send it to you.
Also, the rearend is a D60, 16 spline full floater. It may have Power-loc, Trac-loc or open diff.
Mark (4x4x4crewcab) might have some info on it also.

re: dana 24 transfer case
Welcome Jason!
I just scanned and posted two exploded-view diagrams, one of which should be what you asked for. These were scanned from the Ford Master Parts catalog, but they didn't specify transfer case model numbers....so I just scanned 'em both:
Transfer case - Four Wheel Drive - Dana (Spicer)
1966-1972 F100
Transfer case - Four Wheel Drive - Dana (Spicer)
1964-1965 F100, 1964-1972 F250
For further reference, these were posted to PAGE 3 of the Schematics and Diagrams section.

If yours is popping out of gear I fixed mine with a two foot long board propped up between the shifter and the firewall, works really good until I can find the time to tear into it.
