Door Panels

Post by tonpartain »

I've got a '72 f100 ranger xlt...color is Sequoia Brown Metalic and Wimbledon White...the interior is parchment.

Does anyone know of a source to get new reproduction door panels that are correct? My original current door panels have a "western" style fabric with a piece of "wood" panel trim (similar to http://www.fordification.com/galleries/ ... 19&uid=581)

Have you tried LMC? They have replacement panels (plastic) in different colors.

i think you will have to end up remanufacturing your own panels. an uplostry shop may be able to help you out though. all you need is a piece of masonite to start as the backer for your new panels.

No, I don't want the plastic panels...not necessarily trying to get concourse, but I would like it close to authentic....

Hey tonpartain I want you to take a look at
NATIONAL PARTS DEPOT you can look it up on google or some thing. Sorry I cant reminber the sight. But im looking at the mag and there the only one that have any thing near what you need. Other wise you just might need to take them to a shop and have them made. You have a xlt well I got a xlt Upholstery kit for my custom and they look good. they don't have that lil chrome thing in the back of the seat or the lil crazy markings that the old ones do so its great for my truck and I got them from npd. Any ways good luck hope ya find what ya need
