Kickdown rod for C6 to Edlebrock

Post by nfrench5 »

Anyone have a picture of how the kick down rod should be hooked up @ the Carb and @ the tranny? My truck has a 460 w/ C6 transmission. The previous owner put on a 650 cfm edlebrock carb and never put the kickdown rod back on. I have the rod, but no clue how to hook it up.

One more thing on my list that I need to get done, I've just been manually downshifting until I get it done. Good pics.

I hate the "add-on" kickdown accessory offered by Vic. It puts the kickdown rod at an unusual angle.
Edelbrock should have stolen the linkage options when they stole the carb design from the AFB.
