re: 4 wire tach wiring
Green, negative side of the coil; Red is a fused power source; Black, is ground; and White goes to the lighting circuit.

re: 4 wire tach wiring
I dont know which wire is the interior lights off the sitch, but I always use a fuse tap to come off the side of the cluster light fuse. This allows the wire to be fused by that fuse as wel as allowing for the light in the tach to dim and brighten with the cluster lights. I dont know if that helps or not, but I hope it does.

re: 4 wire tach wiring
I usually just take some thin metal and cut a strip about 1/16" x 1/2". I bend it in a V and solder the wire to it. Then, remove the fuse, and put one of the leads in the V and push the fuse back in. Make sure you put the connection "after" the current passes through the fuse. If that didn't make sense, I can post a picture of it. Let me know.
