Clutch question
The clutch arm on my '67 F100 pulled out of the gearbox while I was replacing the slave cylinder kit on the clutch an now it won't stay in place, must I open up the gearbox or is there another way to get it back again?

re: Clutch question
Not sure I understand your question. There isn't any slave cylinder on these trucks (U.S. anyhow). What do you mean when you say the clutch arm pulled out of the gearbox. Maybe you could post a photo?

re: Clutch question
My main question would be - what keeps the clutch release lever assy in place?
The clutch Bell crank goes from a bracket and pivot on the frame to a screwed in pivot on the block/bell housing.
The Release Lever has a spring clip that catches inside the bell housing.
The bell crank pushes the release lever with an adjustable rod that uses the clutch return spring to hold the rod in place.

I thought I had a photo of the spring clip that kid is referring to but I can't find it. Anyhow, it's right in there.

re: Clutch question
Mac's (http://www.macsautoparts.com) sells the clutch fork pivot for about $20. It looks like they stock all of the necessary parts. Good luck.
