I just read that there desireable and I remember seeing one at a junk yard is it worth getting ?

Most definitely...if it's complete. Actually, even if it ISN'T complete. They're pretty rare, if it's a factory piece. Does it look like the ones pictured here?:

Yes Black in a ranger if I remember right I have an in cab tank an that is actuly what I was getting when I spotted it.

It was plastic, and I opened it and found a bunch of factory stuff that I still have filco voltage regulator I will go get it tomorow morning.
