Ok folks, now for the newbie question. How many quarts of fluid does a C 6 automatic take? Now that old blue Ed is running well enough to move around I think its wise to change the fluid filter and fluid.

about 3-5 or until it registers on the dip running in drive with wheels chocked.

If you drain the converter it should be 12 quarts.

Thats the only reason to drain and take the pan off it.
