Stock height, its tall enough as it is, and getting through the woodlot in anything lower would not be possible.

For 2wd, lowered in the rear to level it out. Ford trucks sit way too high in the rear in stock form. Maybe 1-2" lower in the front.
For 4wd, I'd leave it stock. But I am biased, I'm only 5'8"!!!
I have to hop up into my stock-height 72 2wd!
