so my shifter broke. it was disassembled, welded where it needed and then put back together. only i have a part left over. It is a small metal cylinder shaped doodad, about and eighth of an inch thick, by a little more than 3/8th's inch long. I do not remember when it popped out. I do know that i do not have reverse now.... so does anyone have a good diagram of this shifter? sorry i don't have a pic to show, but if needed, i can post one later.
thanks,
leftover part..... borgwarner t-19 4 speed.

The only shop manuals I have right now with diagrams of those are the '67 shop manuals, but they don't show the T-19, only the T18. However, I believe they're close enough for you to get an idea of what they are. Here are two diagrams I just scanned for you.
In this one, you can see the interlock plungers and interlock pin, which look like what you're describing:
The second one was too large to post, so here's a link:

Hope this helps...good luck!
