Whats on the front of this T-19?

I emailed the guy to see if it was still available and am digging into it
but I have no idea whats bolted on the front? has a shifter port, maybe a gear splitter?
Any ideas?

I hope the guy gets back to me....

Looks like some sort of over/under drive unit

he talks about dual ptos so maybe it has something to do with that.

Not a very good picture, looks to me like there are two transmissions side by side, but hard to tell.
