NP435 question
What other transfer cases were married to the NP435 ? I have the Dana 21 transfer case, but did the Dana 300 or any other transfer case get married to this transmission?

Not stock the 300 wasn't. The 205 was married stock.
You can get the adaptor for the 435/300 combo, but if this is for your V8 Ford I would find a 205. The Dana 300 is a strong unit, but the 205 will be more reliable and you won't have to do any mods.
The 300s weak spot is the output shaft. They do sell upgraded shafts.

Yep, here is the link.

What Toyota you got? You doing duals and gears? You got 21 or 23 spline Toy cases?
I did duals in my 80, but kept the stock gears. Maybe in the future I will put in the 4.0 gears in the back case. Right now it is at 108.1 off the R&P.
What else you doing to the Toyota?
