dana 60 reassembly

Post by F250MudPatrol »

Can anyone give me the proper procedure for properly assembling the 1971 dana 60 rearend? Primarily the gears and axles, along with proper sealants. Thanks in advance.

are you assembling/setting up the gears into the housing yourself?

See if this helps: http://www.coloradok5.com/dana60manual.shtml
Its not Ford specific, but there is a LOT of good D60 info there.
