The 9" will be 5x5.5".Jake11 wrote:The 9" is a 5x5" bolt pattern used in 1/2 tons.
If the Dana 60 is 5-lug and you have an F100, parts will be hard to find for it.
If you have an F-250 and it's 8 lug, use it.

Keith's got a 5 lug Dana 60 on his project. Must have been an option.

I've seen a few for sale on Portland CL. Seem to be fairly rare, but I'd use one in my Jeep project if I can run across one when I have some $$$

From what I've read, the 5 lug Dana 60 was used from 67-69 on the F-100 with the heavy duty suspension option. It's a semi-floater as opposed to the full-floater on the F-250.dcbullet wrote:Keith's got a 5 lug Dana 60 on his project. Must have been an option.

Now before I make a call here, I wanna know what you're gonna use the truck for. The D60 may be overkill.

I'm thinking of puting a 429 boss in it. and lowering it a little. nothing too dramitac. Keyless entry. shaved door handles and tail gate ect.
I love my "67
