pitman arms

Post by theskytoucher »

I am doing a disc brake conversion on my 68 truck. When i took off the old pitman arm i forgot to mark its position. When I went to put the later model pitman arm on, it doesn't matter which position i put it in I can't get the wheels to turn right. The only thing i noticed was that on the two different pitman arms the large line up splines are in different places around the circle. Any help will be appreciated i need to have the truck drivable by tomorrow.
