I have used a torch, hammer, steering wheel puller and a freezer to change a ps pulley before.
Heat pulley and pulled it off with steering wheel puller.
Put new pump in freezer, and heated the pulley. Then slid the pulley on new pump. Slid right on with a couple light wacks of the hammer.
How to install a pulley on a p/s pump?
